The Holtzman School of Real Estate is a state-approved provider of real estate education.
Classroom pre-licensed classes are offered twice-a-year at the Coldwell Banker Holtzman, REALTORS®, located at 730 General Stewart Way, Hinesville, GA.
This 12-week course meets on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6-10 pm throughout the year. Additionally, classes are offered via computer at the student's own pace in preparation for the Georgia State REALTOR® Exam.

2009 Fall Quarter Holtzman School of Real Estate Schedule
Our Fall Semester is scheduled to begin September 21, 2009 and will run through December 17th, 2009. Classes are held on Monday and Thursday from 6 until 10 PM at 730 General Stewart Way in the Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors® building in Hinesville, Georgia. After successful completion of this 75-hour course, graduates will then be eligible to take the State Board in Savannah, GA. Call the office today at (912) 368-6322 to register. Seating is limited!
